The Legal House is owned and run by Sarah Wayman, she is a sole practitioner at the firm.   Sarah has extensive experience in dealing with all types of conveyancing transactions and has specialised in conveyancing throughout her career in law. She previously worked as a solicitor and managed a busy residential conveyancing department in a city law firm before deciding to set up her own conveyancing business, The Legal House.

The Legal House prides itself on giving clients a fast, personal and efficient service. There are no secretaries or inexperienced staff, you will only speak directly to Sarah.  You will not be passed between a team of conveyancers or administrative staff.   No post sits on our desk for days on end, everything will be dealt with very promtly and you will be kept updated throughout the whole process by whatever means suits your lifestyle.

As long as you are buying or selling in England and Wales your location makes no difference to the whole process. It is very unusual now for a client to go in to see their conveyancing lawyer, and the fact that you may be miles away from us will not slow down the process in any way.   Sarah is often contactable out of the typical 9-5, Monday to Friday hours.
