We pride ourselves on being as transparent as possible so you do not ever end up with any unexpected charges. However, when looking at the examples please be aware that there are lots of variables with conveyancing, such as First Time Buyers with ISAs, New Builds, shared ownership schemes, unregistered properties, purchases at auction, leasehold properties, these transactions will incur higher fees because of the extra work involved.
Some of the costs in the examples may not be applicable, for example you may not need certain searches or bank fees, depending on your circumstances. The costs of property searches and the ones you require will also differ depending on the property location when you are purchasing. The amount we need to spend on office copies at The Land Registry may increase when you are selling, because your title contains lots of copy documents.
